HOW DO I FIND OUT WHAT SIZE IS BEST?
Each sterling silver piece of jewellery from The Radiant Fox comes with clear measurements, which can be recreated at home to check sizing using ribbon or similar material to see how chains would sit upon yourselves as necklaces or bracelets.
WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELLERY?
A jewellery care card is included in each The Radiant Fox jewellery order sent out. Sterling silver naturally oxidises and will eventually tarnish, please rub with a silver cloth to restore its finish. Take extra care around stones and pearls. Please do not use metal cleaners on plating as this may remove the finish. Instead use a soft, lint free cloth. When storing your jewellery, use the provided sealable bag or a jewellery box to minimise moisture and light exposure. Be careful with sun cream or perfumes and always remove jewellery before swimming or bathing.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER GIFT-WRAPPED?
All sterling silver jewellery arrives gift-wrapped from The Radiant Fox, so you don't need to worry about wrapping yourselves. Items can also be posted direct to the receiver and a personal message added to the gift if required.
